Email action: Unblock our Future

01/10/2012

In the last few days Push Europe has launched an email action targeting Poland’s Prime Minister.

Why? We are at the point, where it is possible that the EU will not act for another decade on climate change, simply because the voice of dirty industry is louder than the voice of people. Poland has continuously blocked European action on climate, and without international pressure they will continue to do so.

Please, spare a moment and take our email action! You can also see a very visual introduction of ‘Donald’s friends’ here.

It is essential that Donald hears international voice louder than ever, as there is very little movement inside Poland and the government explicitly said that they ‘don’t care’ about civil society pressure. Well, they might care about international pressure. We need to try. Please take the action now and share it with your friends!

We are also organising physical actions on 19-20-21 October (like the ones for the Tar Sands Action Day in May), and you can be involved in a very-very simple way! We are designing an Action Toolkit which will give you ideas to make your action successful. If you are interested please email us on action@pusheurope.eu !

To learn more about the campaign you can read the background page on the Unblock website.
