This June, join Young Friends of the Earth Czech Republic and the rest of the Czech movement for climate justice ‘Limity jsme my’ (We are the limits) at their first climate camp in Northern Bohemia.
Between June 21st and June 25th, climate activists will camp around the area of Most coalfield, where the beautiful old town of Most stood until the 1980s, when it was destroyed to make way for a mine. Watch:
Northern Bohemia is at the centre of the Czech coal rush, and with no official end in sight for coal mining until 2055, Limity jsme my are taking matters into their own hands to push for an end to devastating coal as soon as possible.
Join them for workshops, skill shares, direct action, fun and more – check out their website and the Facebook event for more information.
