This year’s now famous Young Friends of the Earth Europe summer training camp took place in the beautiful and peaceful Polish countryside, at an environmental education centre in Starbienino near the Baltic coast. The camp this year had a special focus on skills training and exchange for effective campaigning and running of our groups, and brought together 45 participants from 17 different YFoE and FoE groups for this learning.
The camp also kick started a new area of work that YFoEE will develop with plans and a new working group set up to work on Food and Agriculture as an issue, as well as plans for future youth activities in PKE (FoE Poland) and a new YFoE group in Scotland!
