Mindfulness For Changemakers

How do we build the strength to face the urgent issues of our time? And how can we take action while staying calm in the storm?

This course is for young people (16-21) interested in social and ecological justice. You can join if you are already engaged in activism (maybe with us at Young FoEE?) or are beginning to explore this territory.
