Use #YourVoice and tweet your MEP candidates

19/05/2014

The European Parliament elections are coming up this week, and YFoEE has been working on a campaign to raise awareness that it is happening, and using it as an opportunity to promote our demands for climate justice and sustainable food and agriculture.

We are asking you to make 3 easy steps in our ‘Tweet the candidates’ action, this Tuesday and Wednesday before the voting.

‘Tweet the candidates’ action!

We want candidate MEP’s to know about YFoEE’s demands, and whether they are something they agree with. Help us out by tweeting your MEPs this Tuesday and Wednesday before the voting! It’s quick and easy.

We’ve got a list of many of the MEP candidates for your country and their twitter names. All you have to do is ask us for the database, and search for your country. You’ll then get a list of all the MEP’s twitter names, which you can easily copy and paste and send direct messages to.We’ve also got a list of tweets ready made for you. All you have to do is direct them towards your national MEP candidates! See the sample tweets belowThat’s it! Make sure you take part on Tuesday and Wednesday, when we want to have the most impact.
